Management reports positive cash flow, new customers and new hires. This quarter SurfRay is ready to release new versions of its leading packaged search products Ontolica and MondoSearch to its more than 1000 customers in over 30 countries.
The search solution developer SurfRay, with offices in the USA and Denmark, has in the last six months grown its profitability through extensive new customer acquisition. ”We will continue to be profitable. Our profitability is very important to our customers. This enables us to increase investments in product development from our own cash flow in order to continue to deliver innovative and valuable new releases and products to our customers.” says SurfRay CEO Søren Pallesen.
SurfRay reports positive cash flow and expects to invest heavily in product development. In June and July alone SurfRay welcomed over 25 new customers from USA, The Nederlands, Switzerland, Sweden, UK, Australia, Italy and Denmark. This includes international brand name businesses such as Boxer, Tivoli, Falck and Rockwool.

Multinational customers such as Rockwool, a global leader in construction insulation, use Ontolica in a SharePoint portal that serves three continents with over 6000 users. “With Ontolica, our users can quickly find and effectively work with their documents. And with Ontolica 4.0 we look forward to the possibility of expanding the statistics and reporting functionality in Microsoft SharePoint to gain a true enterprise overview” says Peter Malling, Rockwool Group Information Technology Manager.
