Surfray is focused on product usability both for our customers and for our customers’ customers. To extend this focus, Surfray provides the utmost in customer service and support.
 
Surfray is dedicated to providing service on all levels and variations of MondoSearch, be it Site search, Intranet search, portal search, or various Enterprise search- or Content Management solutions. For our customers we offer two levels of support, Standard or Gold.

The major difference between the Standard and Gold Support levels is that Standard support offers only reactive support during business hours, whereas the Gold Support level offers 24-7 phone and e-mail support.
